Backyard and front yard landscaping
They came in July to start a job in our backyard. It started great and for the most part got the back done (there are still repairs that need to be made) My neighbour liked the work and so they started in her front yard while convincing us to also do our front. The first week of august they asked us to give them two weeks to come back and finish our front (which was left half done and a mess) I obliged as it was a last minute decision.
They reassured me it would be done before august ended and they would have enough stones. 2 weeks came and left and we heard nothing so we called and called and nothing. Messaged and nothing. Their communication is THE WORST. Truly appalling. We had to call at least 30 times before a response came with excuse after excuse. It is now oct 29th and we haven’t heard from them in a month. The main excuses were that they ran out of stones. But why not just say that and come at least clean the mess at the front. My front is a disaster and my neighbours yard is not done. DO NOT HIRE THEM. I’ve also reported them to the better business bureau. So disappointed!
