I am only writing my review because of the shear frustration that I have & now have to redo that took so long to complete. 1 1/2 years of seasonal work and coming back to repairs the faults.
Things were good at the start, but quickly became a problem. I gave Fernando ample time to finish and fix all the problems that kept arising. It took a long time to complete, always something coming up and delaying the work. Patio stones are beautiful and love them but the work was not done properly, no sealant to the patio except around the perimeter. no gravel base laid under the pavers. Stones had heaved, seperated and fallen away pushing on our fence. Fernando came back 2x to fix but of course knowing what we know now, it would never have held with the way it was done. Landing and stairs were not done properly and my son fell throught the step. Fernando and his crew came and rebuilt but were still not done properly. I am tired of waiting and texting for any sort of compensation to his work that I now have hired someone to come and do this all again for me only to find out all the shortcuts that they took. No base/gravel was laid, just 5-6 inches of sand. I asked about the slope as nothing placed in the yard would sit level ie: furniture, bbq's making things tip easily. But was told he would fix and some of it had to be that way. The majority of work was typically done while we were at work so this was unknown to us. I hoped to share this story because of the amount of money paid then and now to make my yard useable it frustrates me and feel like I have been taken advantage of and would hate for this to happen to anyone else.
