He went above and beyond to explain everything he is replacing and why, he explained the warranty in detail and made sure for an olde door other parts were working he wasn't trying to up sell us or push us to replace anymore parts. I contracted with a North York company to replace my broken garage door. However, after over 4 weeks with frequent phone calls and many promises, but no action, I was convinced I had a substantial problem.

I called Ontario Garage Door Services and their owner responded immediately, coning to my home and leaving me with a detailed quotation.

The next morning my new garage doors were installed and they are operating flawlessly. That's responsive customer care.

A panel on my garage door snapped off while opening. I was sure the whole door was going to be replaced and that it would be an expensive fix. This happened on a Friday afternoon and most companies I called said they dont work on weekends unless we paid the emergency rate which is very expensive.

Luckily I notice a sticker on the garage door for this company (only moved in a couple weeks ago). I called and spoke to a gentleman who said that someone would come the next day (Saturday) and it wouldnt be any more expensive due to it being on a Saturday.

Here were on Saturday (less than 24 hours after the door broke) and my garage door is better than it was before. My technician, Mark, was very positive and friendly. He assessed the damage, and then personally drove to the nearest hardware store to get the supplies he needed. The whole job took less than 90 min from start to finish. He was also able to sell me and set up a door opener remote. Amazing Jon all around and I highly recommend!

I got a new garage door installed. The installation was was quite fast (just took a hour) and very clean wiring. Thanks PACO for great job and excellent work !!!

Had a broken door opener / motor. Ed provided a quick over the phone estimate. Technician Paco was onsite 1.5h later! Amazing. Work was completed with care and attention to details - new opener mech and system installed in just over an hour. Received an on site quote about replacement of the old door with newer quieter and more well insulated options with follow-up happening the next day to finalize the details. Our garage door was making a horrible sound and was not opening properly. Ed got back to me right away and arranged to have a service person come today. Marc arrived and assessed the problem. He was extremely thorough and showed me exactly what the problem was. He explained how he would repair the door hardware and even cleaned the door! He let me know the repair is good for a year as well. Given the work and responsiveness of this company I am very pleased. The door opens smoothly. Thanks so much Ed and Marc. I hope I dont. Wed to repair this door again but if I do, I will call you.

I really appreciate that Alan was able to fit me in the day I called. I just had a new garage door opener installed but needed work the other company couldn't complete.

Michael arrived and got right to work, replacing my broken garage door spring, aged rollers and installing new cables. My only regret is that I didn't have them install the opener too!

I will definitely use them again for any future projects.

We were happy with OGD. It was a long process though, the original door they installed looked odd, especially the way the sun reflected on the door. So we asked for a different door. OGD was clear that the replacement door would take several months to arrive but after a long wait it was installed last week. Although this transaction wasnt the easiest for them I am sure, all I can ask is a company stand behind their product, be true to their word, and act to rectify a difficult situation. OGD did all the above.
