Replace fence posts and top rails
My 40 year old fence was leaning badly due to the rotted 4x4 posts. I posted an enquiry on Homestars and a couple of people responded with prices but only L&S made an appointment to see the work.
Mike L from L&S was right on time for the appointment and made an immediate great impression due to his easy going disposition and awareness of the fence deterioration and recommended solution.
Mile carefully examined the fence and posts and recommended that only the posts need to be replaced and the vertical face fence boards could be reused thus saving me a lot of money.
Mike explained how the work would be undertaken and gave me a very fair and reasonable price that was significantly lower then the other prices I received.
Once the weather cooperated weseta date and Mike and his crew of 3 showed up right on time.
They immediately began work and removed the fence sections and set the 7 posts in cement the same day tto be cured overnight. The crew
returned the very next day and replaced all of the
fence sections and then removed and replaced all of the top rails.
L&S pay close attention to details and did a lot of extra things for me that others would have charged for ( adding some lower rails, installing fence caps etc.)
My neighbor and myself are very happy with L&S and my neihas contracted them to work on his other fence. I recommended them to a friend of mine who had over 80 feet of new fencing installed and he is also very happy. I have also asked them to return to do some additional work for me on another section of fencing.
Believe me when I say that most contractors find me very fussy but I highly recommend L&S as a reliable, trustworthy and cost effective landscaping contractor.
