Not very happy with the service from this company last winter. Often it was all day before the snow was cleared. At one point we only had snow removed from half our driveway, we have a 2 car driveway making it very difficult to get one of the cars out. The plow used marked our driveway and our interlocking stone work. Would not recommend them and we will be hiring another company come this season.

You had hired us late in the season to take care of your snow removal while you were on vacation , We had told you that our seasonal Customers Get Priority and acknowledge that was okay as you would be away and just wanted to make sure the Snow didn't Build Up and Freeze ! Every Snow Fall We Cleared Your Driveway By Hand As The Driveway Was Full of Cars And Salted Heavily Each Visit ! On one Snow Fall we did Run a tad behind where your Property was done about 18 hours After the Snow had Piled up but again this was Stated when you signed up as a bone seasonal customer that Our Seasonal Clients Had Priority!
It Saddens me that Mid August I see this Negative Review When All of Our Reviews For Snow Removal are Amazing As I really make it My priority to Take Care of all of our seasonal Clients Needs To our fullest Ability,
