I was thrilled with the work Richie did at my reno. Not only was his workmanship top notch, he was professional and kept to schedule. He was accommodating and well dispositioned. I was really impressed. We had one small glitch which could have been an issue but Richie resolved it in a calm manor and there were no ramifications - for me that’s the key to a great contractor. I look forward to working with him again.

I was noticing cigarette smells coming from under my sink from my neighbor. Not only did Richie respond the next day, he showed up the next day and completely fixed the issue. Also, despite just quoting me, he wanted pictures, asked for information, really knew what he was talking about and what the issue was. No smell now, couldn’t be happier! Plus he was very kind and courteous.

We were very impressed with the work done by Richie and would highly recommend him for doing spray foam.

After gutting the 2nd floor of our 1920's semi, we realized we could see daylight coming in through parts of the roof, and feel strong drafts blowing in. We decided spray foam would be a far better solution than batt insulation, as it would provide R-Value, serve as a vapour barrier and seal out the drafts!

We put in a job request with Homestars, and Richie was quick to respond. He was able to come to the house within 24hrs to look at our house in person. He turned the quote around quickly, and after evaluating it against four others, we chose to go with him. His price was competitive, and he would be doing the work himself (as opposed to sending a random crew.)

We had to be out of the house for 2 nights, due to the size of the job, and the specs of the spray foam. Richie called us at the end of each day to provide an update of how the day's work went.

When we returned home, everything was left clean and tidy. We inspected the work and were very impressed by the thoroughness of the job.

Richie is a extremely professional and knowledgeable guy. I had absolutely 0 complaints with all the work he had done at my house. All the work was done in the given time and absolutely no problems had arisen. I would recommend Richie to anyone and everyone looking to get drywall done.

Good service from start to finish. Always on time. Worked the weekend to complete the job. Good attention to detail with the mud/taping and sanding. Will use for future projects and happy to recommend to others.
