Basement repair where PVC pipe was improperly connected to cast iron stack

He showed up on time, with advance notice, and was very thorough and knowledgable. After the repair, he ran all the water for a long enough time to clearly demonstrate the repair worked and seems very honest and reliable. Would call him again any time an issue surfaces.
