Tech'd Out Technology Services

I just happened to find Dave (Tech'd Out) in the local Cobourg newspaper, in Sept. and called. He actually came to the house the next day which was a huge plus, especially during COVID.
I wouldn't normally do a review for a service company with all of the problems I have had in the past, BUT, I felt compelled to write and tell people about the excellent experience I had with Tech'd Out.
Both my computers were having serious problems; one where I actually saw someone hack my password, and another where Dave found a Trogan file hidden that I didn't know about, and was supposed to have been removed by another tech company. Then, Dave sped up my computer which BELL took credit for at a huge cost, saving me a lot of money monthly by canceling the addition BELL costs. Dave also added some programs I needed while writing my novel, which also saved me thousands of dollars in editing costs by the publisher, which I can now do myself.
Dave went above and beyond my expectations!
I was amazed at his performance, abilities, and the little amount of time it took to resolve all of my problems. He was personable, professional, respectful, COVID-cautious, and without a doubt the best tech company I have had within the past 25 years.
Thank you Dave, sincerely, for being there when I needed you, and no one else could have cared less and would not have been available. I called many before I found you!
