Enviro-Loc Interlocking Ltd.

It was overall a nice and well done project. The team was responsive, tied to schedule at different stages of the project, communication was smooth, and the installation was professional.

A few things I would like to point out:
1. Pricing was transparent, but certain items in the cost list charged much more than expected, ie. relocating the deck staircase charged hundreds of $, but the job was roughly done, the staircase was not accurately installed back.

2. Actual implementation did not stick to the measuring, the staff were unable to implement everything as originally planned, required adjustments on the fly which resulted in waste of materials.

3. The staff left heavy tools and debris on the lawn leaving a small area of grass damaged.

We searched for a while looking for someone to revamp our front porch. We were pretty happy when we came across Enviro-loc on Homestars. They were a local company (which was a plus), and had great reviews. From the start of the process both James and Daniel were amazing. They took our ideas, suggested what might look a little better, and re-worked the design a few times. We were thrilled with the results and the process before, during, and after. And even expanded the project to include the driveway. We even added a change close to the end of the job which they had no problem doingThe customer service is top-notch And the work looks amazing. Were already considering what to do next. Thank you!!

Enviro- Loc team was very professional and they did a great job. The work was done in a timely manner. They provided timely information and shared multiple quotes suiting our requirements and budget. It was very good experience. Patio looks great.

Interlocking for a medium size detached. Very professional team, quality material, and fast service. What was supposed to take two weeks took 4 days or so. I highly recommend.

I was impressed from the very start with the immediate response from Enviro-Loc. Mike was first-class. He took my requirements and offered some design options. A quotation was received next day with separate pricing for the different products together with links to their photo library of completed projects. Mike made a key recommendation for me to visit Toemar Gardens Centre showroom in Mississauga to view the products as he indicated the colors will appear different when viewed on a computer screen. I was glad I did as it greatly helped in my selections. Once the contract details were finalized the project started soon after with Daniel as the project manager. It was amazing working with him as he kept me updated on the work schedule and delivery of materials. His excavation crew led by Jeremy and installers Diego and his brother were professional and very polite. The project was completed in short time and it was a most satisfying experience for me.

Enviro-Loc was very accommodating, easy to deal with from the beginning to the end and their pricing was within our budget. The icing on the cake was our timing of the project which will allow us full use of our patio for this year. The crew that did our install was very knowledgeable and the work was clean. We recommend this company and am sure they would produce good workmanship for a simple (ours) or architecturally designed landscaping.

We hired Enviro-Loc to interlock our driveway,porch and landing. We live in a townhouse, so we were a bit concerned with having our half of the driveway interlocked, while our neighbour kept their asphalt. After speaking with the team at Enviro-Loc, we decided to go with it because we wanted that seamless look and they assured us that they could achieve it. Glad we did, it looks absolutely amazing! We've had our neighbours compliment it and it just made our house stand out. As for the process, I cannot say how easy and thorough it was. From sales (James) to excavation (Jeremy) to installing the pavers (Jamil) to the cleaning crew, everyone was an absolute joy to work with. They always answered any of our questions and put our mind to ease. Domenic (President) even made the trip down pre-excavation and post installation to check the finished product and see if we had any further concerns. Definitely above and beyond! Still getting used to the feeling of walking from our driveway to our porch landing on an even surface level. Overall, super satisfied with the work and job! Highly recommend Enviro-Loc for your interlocking needs!

Daniel and his team did a great job on my backyard. James in sales was very responsive and provided timely information. Jeremy and the demo team were very professional and did a great job and Jamil and the paver laying team did an excellent job laying the pavers. The team answered all of our questions and provided great advice to make the project a success. The price was competitive and the work was done in a timely manner - as promised. I would definitely recommend Enviro-Loc

The company is very well organized from appointment booking, sales quote to job implementation. James (sales) is very responsive to all my questions. Daniel (Manager) gave advance notice before they came. Re-level, sanding and compacting of around 800 sft driveway were completed in 2 days with good quality. Site team timely communicated with me and listened to what I want. Overall, very good experience and recommend their services.
