Have to deal with this company since recently I bought a property that has the water heater installed by them. I'm aware that there are lots of equipment rental companies similar as this one existing in the market they all have an ugly face, but I never imagined that this one appears to be the worst of the worst. As part of the land transfer, I was forcefully asked to accept and take over the rental contract, and they use some sort of brutal clause in the contract to lock you up for the useful life of the equipment meaning that this contract does not have a fixed term and the customer will have to wait until the equipment completely dies (and of course this has to be determined by their technician) to exit the contract. Their price is ridiculously high and unreasonable for just an average level equipment. They charge the monthly payment from your credit card without providing the bill. I echo one of the comments from another customer that the customer service of the billing inquiries is so rude, they do not allow customer to speak

It was overall a nice and well done project. The team was responsive, tied to schedule at different stages of the project, communication was smooth, and the installation was professional. A few things I would like to point out: 1. Pricing was transparent, but certain items in the cost list charged much more than expected, ie. relocating the deck staircase charged hundreds of $, but the job was roughly done, the staircase was not accurately installed back. 2. Actual implementation did not stick to the measuring, the staff were unable to implement everything as originally planned, required adjustments on the fly which resulted in waste of materials. 3. The staff left heavy tools and debris on the lawn leaving a small area of grass damaged.
