They answered questions, were transparent in how they calculated cost, provided valuable suggestions based on my preferences and budget, were very friendly and professional, and cleaned up after themselves on the job. Top notch service! The end result looks great and we've gotten many compliments on our now functional backyard patio.
We had a drainage issue a few days after the completion of the project with extreme rainfall and they were quick to respond. They showed up the same day to assess the situation, and within a couple days to fix the problem. The issue has not returned since and they have checked periodically - particularly with the rainy summer we've had.
