Terranova Pools

Rob, John, Grame, Jason and team did a great job. Our project started March 2023 and was completed early June. Ultimately, as Rob said, its a mess, but trust the process. Sometimes there was a lot of anxiety, but the end result was fantastic! We are extremely happy with the new pool and the landscaping! Thank you Terranova team!

Melanie from Terranova Pools was my saviour for troubleshooting my pool chlorinator malfunction. She knew who had the expertise to fix this and hunted him down. Dan the technician I dealt with really knows his stuff and I have complete faith all will be well! Thank you Melanie!!

My pump was operating but making too much noise. Terranova dealt with the manufacturer and had a replacement sent and they came right away to make the switch. I couldnt ask for a better job. The company is there for you not just at the beginning but afterwards. Makes you feel good.

Reason for 4* and not 5* was because we purchased an in inventory pool that the manufacturer (Narellan) damaged in transport. Because of this, we ended up being delayed 12+ months and Narellan did not honour the original price and charged us more.

I've had an amazing experience with the team at Terranova Pools. I just booked my 6th pool opening (11th time at our house between open/close) and they treat me like I'm buying a pool.
Every time they came out to open or close my pool, it's 10/10 service from showing up on time, keeping my yard clean and helping me jump start the water to ensure that the water looks as clean as can be and ready for the kids to enjoy.
