Only needed to submit the drawings and report once to the city and it was immediately approved.
Nader was the structural engineer on my project - showed up right away and was super friendly and always available for any questions I had - explained everything with ease to understand - I definitely would recommend Nader and the Quadra building group for any project - small to big -
