I requested a WSIB clearance certificate which they couldn't provide since their employees aren't covered. They offered to send a copy of their alternate insurance, which I never received. On the moving day, two men showed up. I explained in what order I wanted the items loaded (heavy furniture and boxes in front on the floor, lighter boxes on top) which they completely ignored. When I objected, they told me that "this is the way we do it". They said that the U-Haul truck I had was far too small for the amount of items I had, which cleraly was not the case since I used the same size truck to move the same items to my current location. They had no knowledge of space utilization or weight distribution. After an hour of arguing and re-arranging the boxes, I told them to leave. Because of their complete incompetence and attitude towards me, I ended up doing more work than if I had done the job by myself in the first place
