Unprofessional and Undependable

Sorry to use harsh word, but I could not find any other word, as they make false statements so, many times that I can not believe. Project took more than twice the time, and many times they make promises and I have to bear damages of around 8-10K due to delay other than 55K plus project cost. Unprofessional and no schedule, workers show up randomly and office staff said we can't control once we ask them to do work, they can show up any day and time, no notification or advance time window. No words to explain the pain.
