Repair was covered by Warranty.
Anujan was very professional from the moment he was assigned our service repair. He scheduled a time that worked best for us, came in and efficiently assessed the root cause of the problem and was able to also explain why.
He ordered the required parts on the spot and said he would return in 2-4 days to finish the repair. He came in as expected and flawlessly finished the job.
Washing machine was good as new after that.
I highly recommend Anujan for any appliance repair, he will be honest, straight-forward and get the job done.
