I have more than a few issues with this company but the worst one is our stairs. They capped the stairs going into our basement but they didnt seal them so they are very loose. As a result, they are cracking. The first stair cracked within 2 months of completion. We tried contacting them by phone and by email, but they never got back to us. I tried the head office number but it is no longer in service. These guys are supposed to be accredited by the BBB which begs the question, how low is their bar??

My wife and I Hired this company to do a Master bathroom Reno. From Day one we had MAJOR ISSUES. Workers showing up late, or not@all or whenever they wanted including Sunday Mornings. The workers continually left our house a mess, did not follow simple instructions and left their cigarette butts in our garden. As for the bathroom remodel... wow! The wrong color of grout was used, the shower was installed incorrectly so it does not drain and leaks after every use. The wrong Shower handle, and faucets were installed and the electricity flickers when you turn on the light!! after trying to reach the owner NUMEROUS TIMES, no response!! now we have to hire a third-party contractor to fix this mess and go through court to get our money back! HOMEOWNER BEWARE!!!

They need to communicate as to when they are coming to your home as I was left waiting 2 separate days and no one showed.

Communication was such a struggle. Scope of work was average. Nice people, hard to work with.

Sean from HED Inc. was very helpful from the day 1, quoting the project, making adjusments on the fly, all in the height of the pandemic. He was reachable all the time. Our kitchen and basement was finished as planned. It looks great! Thank you for a job well done.

We have hiref HED Contracting through HomeStars service to do our legal basement. The estimate process went pretty well professional and the project started on time, though we had some delays and ran over budget due to few change requests from our end, but the end result was very satisfying and we are happy to see our house value appreciating. We would highly recommend their service to our family and friends.

We hired HED Contracting last month to renovate the upstairs washroom. We were worried about the noise and disturbance around the house, but HED made it so smooth and friendly. We had them tear down and replace everything; flooring, tiling, tub, vanity etc. The work was completed on budget with minimal disturbance. Overall they did an awesome job and we are more than happy to recommend more clients to them!

HED did a fantastic job refreshing our condo with new floors, painting, stair refinishing and some electrical work. Throughout the estimate and execution everyone was always on time and professional, and the job was completed on time and on budget. The quality of work was very high as well!
