So this guy operated under different names but the same story, takes deposit, never shows up. only responds to text and then keeps cancelling eventually just running away from your deposit. Stay away from Steven in KW tri-city area providing spray foam insulation services.

I have sent him the 30% deposit back in March 2, 2020 but he never gets the job done July 14, 2020 , not answering his phone or text messages. What a shame!

Efficient service and quality for price. Knowledgable staff took care to make sure not to make a mess or damage any floors. It was great to have the job done in only a few hours and we feel that the foam is far superior to going with batt insulation as we were originally going to. Thanks again

This review is to advise any future customers to stay clear of this contractor. I am currently in a civil suit with Steve over a $678 deposit for work never completed. Kept canceling on me last minute for approximately 6 weeks. Spoke with him multiple times via text and just kept canceling on me. Never would pick up phone calls and would only correspond by text. Kept telling me he was going to return deposit and never did.
