The windows and glass sliding doors seem nice. The sales process was a tad dysfunctional, simple questions always seemed to end up with in person visits at their showroom or our place. The install had a bunch of bad caulking which they fixed without fuss a few weeks later. We ordered the windows for the rebate program, they didn't give us the rebate receipt. Had to follow up for it. My biggest gripe is they damaged our floors, said they don't use tape that would do that and they would get back to me. Didn't get back to me until I wrote a poor review. They misrepresented in their response to my review. They eventually contacted me and wanted to meet to discuss. I initially agreed, later declined because it was just more time to a problem that I didn't want to spend and I told them I didn't want another meeting just to hear that they don't use tape that damages. Never heard from them again. When painting a room the windows went in, I learned they also only caulked one side of the windows - the side you can see from the door. They didn't caulk all the way around the frame on the inside. They are simple mistakes but really an awful install job.
