1. We are still waiting for our screen door which they changed the size 33 inch framing to 29 inches do to them making the deck outside the door too small they messed up. There is a draft from the door as well as between the kitchen and laundry room where they didn't complete, the threshold hjas a gap which is causing a draft from under the floor.
We asked Keim about the door, screen door that we didn't tell them to do that, there response was oh well. It seems that was the constant theme of asking for what we asked for and them doing what they wanted in the worst possible way. We had issues constantly re; insulation of the underneath laundry room which we had to watch them constantly as they were not going to isulate under the floor. they promised to install a new screen door (due them decreasing our deck size that was in August 25, 2020 approx) still waiting for the door which they said they already ordered no door as of yet.
2.paint on the deck as well as paint on our new laundry room floor from them painting the interior walls and the paint marks still there
3.A screw coming through the window frame. which was not attended to as well.
4.Easetrough they left not connected properly to existing easetroughs, so I have water running down the side of the house as well as the back of the house now.They also did not completely attach down spout, which is not succured to the wall properly
5. they also made the deck smaller then we discussed.
and the new roofing shingles are upside down at the sliding door.
Work started around August 1,2020 to September 1 2020 stopped coming work still not completed . we are still waiting for our screen door It is now November 2 2020
and all the rest of the existing jobs not complete.
