no show for scheduled appointment quote for house painting

there was no communication from Himmat Painting to reschedule etc. nor did he show-up to provide a quote for either of the times noted above.
I just wanted to say, "PLEASE HAVE RESPECT FOR CLIENTS' TIME AS WELL".
