Inside Guys Underpinning

My home came with a back addition and I did not know how it was built. Neither did any of the independent contractors who I contacted for estimates on external work (waterproofing; patio installation). The unknown was always ‘What’s going on with the addition?” and “The final cost might depend on addition repairs”. I contacted Inside Guys Underpinning for an assessment. Jakub came out to take a look inside and out; and with my permission, pried up an old piece of wood decking to get a good look at what was going with the foundation of the extension. Long story short, I don’t need upderpinning, my addition like most in the neighbourhood is built on a wood and cement block on the ground. I could proceed with the patio repairs; and if needed Jakub would come out and make any repairs to seal up the foundation before the completion of the patio. There was no charge, but I would not hesitate to call Jakub again if needed for his expertise and repairs.
