THE RENO GROUP

I was thoroughly impressed with the work that was done on our home. We purchased our Toronto home during the peak of Covid in 2020. The home was built in the 1950's and has not been renovated since - a complete "Fixer-Upper". We had initially gone with a previous "contractor" that my husband had recommended from work, and I use that term "contractor" VERY loosely. I was beyond livid with the progress and stressed beyond belief. 

I reached out to "The Reno Group" and it was a complete 180 from the experience we had with our previous contractor. They are everything you want to look for in a contractor - full disclosure on pricing, estimate with cost breakdown and description provided (fairly priced); professional - full transparency on any complications, on-time, efficient, but MOST of all, will have your back as a client - adamant about getting the job done, and not allowing you to stress. 

I am a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, we work meticulously and tirelessly and expect nothing but perfection, and "The Reno Group" was nothing short of perfection. Each member of the group is a MASTER of their craft - bathroom & kitchen tiling, stone countertop installation, plumbing, wainscotting & baseboards, amongst MANY other things around the house that make it ON-POINT! I'm already raving about them to my friends, family, colleagues and social media circle! 

Hired then reno group for basement reno, as far as customer service goes and attentiveness i will give them 5 out 5. Always there when they said they would be and always answered the phone when called. As far as work goes I found that lot of corners were cut and the bathroom part of the reno was just butcherd, to a point where I canceled the contract. I wasn't going to say anything on here but since I took over the reno personally, I'm noticing a lot more things that werent done right and needed to be properly done. Be careful who you hire out there and take your time interviewing

My wife and I bought our new home in 2014 and when the time came for us to finish our basement we were referred to the Reno Group. From the start we were impressed. We were apprehensive when hiring since we had some bad experiences in the past. From the start everything was smooth, boss was knowledgeable and patient with us. Showed us a few options where we could cut back our costs and still achieve the overall look we were going for. Each person that came to work was polite and understanding when our kids snuck in to see what they were doing. Overall our basement turned out better than we expected and we would highly recommend. I hired The Reno group 3 months ago to do renovate two of my bathrooms. I was unsure of what types of finishes I wanted and he was very knowledgeable about what to choose. He took my vision and made it come to life! After seeing how good it turned out we started talking about finishing my stairs. My home looks amazing , I didn’t expect this good of a job. My husband and I are already planning our next update. Don’t hesitate to hire, we are so pleased to have found them to do our renovation and would recommend to anyone looking to renovate their house.
