3 Amigas Cleaning Services

cleaning ladies used my mop and bucket when they came to clean last time and left the mop DIRTY in my bathroom. This is ridiculous and unhygienic. Also, the microwave was left dirty from inside and the kitchen hadnt even been mopped. I complained about the whole situation and my complaint was not even acknowledged. I should have been compensated for this pathetic and poor service but I did not even get a reply at the least. Dont waste your time on this fraud business. Pathetic customer service and work ethic.

Called to have a cleaner, respond was very fast last minute, so the lady who came were so slow trying to waste time for the 3 hours to get done. Not all the job were done even cleaning wasnt so good just mob fast so actually the worse service ever now toilets are dirty not cleaned and floor, kitchen many areas didnt clean it. Thats really bad and so disappointing.

It was one thing after the next with this cleaning service. They were scheduled to be here on Sunday afternoon and Alejandro called to let me know they couldnt make it. We rescheduled for Mon. He said 3 ladies were coming so that i could get my home cleaned in 1 hour and 15 min. It was a small bungalow and with 3 ladies, they didn't do much. There was a trail of dust left behind in almost every room. They did not sweep or mop the floors which i asked them to stay an extra 15 min more to do and they agreed and didnt do. One of the bathrooms looked like it wasn3 touched at all and the cleaner spent a lot of time in there. I asked for the grout to be cleaned on shower floor. Nothing was touched. It looked like she had sprinkled some water from the shower head to make it look wet. I used to have 2 cleaners from somewhere else that did everything i asked them to do in 2 1\2 hours and everything i asked was done and complete every tine.. With 3 ladies that was equivalent to 4 hours and it was a vey disappointing job. One of the cleaning ladies locked me out of my bedroom. I had to pick the lock open as i couldn't find the key.. Also it was very clear that i asked for eco friendly products to be used and they came in using chemical sprays. I attempted several times to text and call him about it. He didnt respond to any if my texts. I was not able to leave any message by phone and all of a sudden he was no longer available to communicate with. I also did not get a receipt we had talked about. I don't recommend this cleaning company..

Very disappointed in the customer service of booking and confirming appointment. Also, cleaning person never showed up and I was never advised that they would be sending a replacement. Cleaning was sub par, as mirrors and basic dusting missed. They seemed in a rush to get to the next house although I advised that I wanted a deep clean. Would not recommend.

3 Amigas Cleaning Service are prompt and efficient. The ladies did their job well and did not need supervision. I have used their cleaning service more than once for both my home and after-school centre, and will call them again.

I am very happy with the service. I love the fact that they work around my busy schedule and very prompt in timing.My home was spotless after Annell was finish and she was very polite.
I would recommend 3 Amigas Cleaning Service anytime they are really good and price was very reasonable.

Arrived on time, with all equipment, flexible and did great work. Only recommendation would be to give email confirmation when we scheduled and e-mail invoice but otherwise work itself went great

Overall I am pleased with the job 3 Amigas did. My home is clean, and the best part is, I didn't have to do it! I did share some constructive feedback with Ali-Jandro given that there were a few issues, which I will share below in the hopes that future bookers are overly communicative with expectations.

First, only one cleaning lady arrived despite being told two would come as I have a large home.

I contacted Ali-Jandro, and he told me an additional cleaning lady and himself would arrive to finish the job no later than 1pm (which was 3.5 hours after the first woman arrived). They did not arrive to assist until 2pm.

Second, she arrived with a small backpack of supplies. She had no vacuum, no broom, etc. She wasn't aware if another cleaning lady was coming and asked me where my vacuum and broom were - which I do not own. I do have a Dyson electric handheld vacuum which I only use in the kitchen to clean up under the dining table and I asked her to not use it, but I don't think she understood me because a little while later she took it and attempted to use it throughout the rest of my house, including the rugs in my childrens' room, which I don't think got clean due to low suction and also, likely spread kitchen germs and food up on the third and second floors.

Lastly, a thing to note, they do not take your trash as other companies do. In my neighborhood trash is picked up every other week and for each bag that does not fit in your trash can you must put a $5 tag on it. I now have three bags that do not fit in my trash.

Finally, it took 7 total hours for the job to be completed, as the one lady was alone for the first four hours and therefore I was unable to make an afternoon appointment.

I do recommend them, as they did a nice job, but wish they would have communicated more clearly the day-of. It turns out the other cleaning lady was sick, and the other crew with the vacuums and majority of the cleaning supplies were at another job an hour away. Unfortunately, I got the short end of the stick. Had they reached out, I would have happily switched the appointment to another day to better suit everyone.

She is absolutely phenomenal and thorough. Very detailed and has polished and shined my entire house. Really amazing work! I will recommend to everyone I know!!!

Overall everything was well done. Only thing odd was that bed linen was changed as requested but they just put the new pillow case over the old one, rather than removing the old pillow case prior to putting the clean one on.
