PG Aluminum and Siding

I hired PG Aluminum and Siding to replace the aluminum eavestroughs on my property. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been profoundly disappointing and frustrating.

From the outset, the installation process seemed rushed, leading to multiple issues. Firstly, the eavestroughs were not installed correctly, resulting in several leaks. Water management around a property is critical, and these leaks could potentially lead to more severe damage if not addressed promptly.

Moreover, the finishing work on the eavestroughs was below standard. The caulking was poorly done, which is essential to seal the system against leaks and water ingress. This poor caulking job not only threatens the integrity of the eavestroughs but also detracts from the aesthetic appeal of my home.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues, my experience with the customer service has been equally unsatisfactory. I have reached out to the owner repeatedly over the past six months. Each time, I was met with assurances that they would return to fix the problems. However, these promises have not been fulfilled, and no corrective action has been taken.

It is disheartening when a company does not stand behind its work, and the lack of accountability shown by the owner of PG Aluminum and Siding has only compounded the issue. As it stands, I am left with a poorly installed product and the prospect of seeking another service provider to correct these mistakes, inevitably at additional cost.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone considering similar home improvements. The lack of professionalism, poor work quality, and unfulfilled commitments reflect a service that fails to meet basic customer expectations.

We had damage to the fascia at the front of our home. They were very prompt in responding to my request and remained in contact throughout the process. Service turnaround time was very quick. Great service and would definitely recommend.

A storm wreaked havoc on my old exterior and I called PG Aluminum, among other companies, to get a quote for the work. Vasso was efficient in getting me the quote, and was flexible and patient with my timeline as I waited on insurance to approve my claim.
I couldn't always reach him when I called, but he would always get back to me within 24 hours of my initial missed call, which is something. Highly recommend!

Hired Nemanja and Vaso, to replace and fix 2 issues a year ago at my 84 year old mother's home. They came and did the job and created 6 issues. We have been trying to get them to come back to fix their job, but they either won't pick up calls from our number or if they do they will promise the next day and never show up. The repair would take them less then an hour but they choose to get this review.

Damaged to siding in high winds that needed repair. This company was very responsive through the homestars page, when they arrived onsite we able to complete the repairs quickly and with minimal disruption. Definitely recommend!!!

P&G were recommended to us by another contractor as they were a subcontractor on some other small work done on our house. They were great. Reasonable price, great workmanship, very tidy. Installation went well, they showed up on time and completed the work when they said they would for the price quoted.
Job looks great and the work is a great improvement on our old gutters. I would recommend them to anyone.

The sidings on the side of my house became loose recently due to high winds, and I was looking for a quick repair to prevent the issue from becoming worse (and costing more). PG Aluminum was very responsive and contacted me for a quote. They were very quick to attend and assess the repair cost free of charge. The repair cost that was provided very very reasonable due to the quick response and they did a great job repairing the loose siding. I highly recommend them!

Super satisfied with the work this team did for my exterior reno project. Honestly surprised they were willing to do the work in such harsh weather conditions (read -30 degrees in Toronto winter), when most others probably wouldn't because they would not even quote me for work in January.
I'm looking to resell my home in early spring, and their turnaround time helped me with this; I appreciate that.

PG Aluminum and Siding has done very good job and I give them 6 stars only because they finished this project much later than it was agreed and after numerous reminders.

Recently I have placed my request at Home Stars and a few days later had a call from PG Aluminum and Siding. They came next day to inspect and the next day their quote. Reasonable. Two days after they started the job and finished it the next day to our satisfaction.
