Good people, good company. Bought a home in downtown Toronto and wanted to add a sunroom and another bedroom as an addition. Shopped around. Actually found Evandale Homes first but then decided to go with someone who promised a cheaper price. Big mistake. The first guys went way over budget within the first few weeks so we scrapped our agreement and returned to Evandale Homes. They picked up the disaster that was left by the original contractor and brought in their crew. Finished the job ahead of schedule [the first guys were running behind before they even started]. Reason I write this review is because of how good they were with our family. Felt like friends helping us build rather than a corporation trying to make money. Our son loves his new room. Would hire them again if we decide to move and do this again.
