Shams changed my floors with new hardwood and ceramics. Also removed carpet of stairs and installed hardwood on it. I was satisfied with quality of his job.

Shams renovated our bathroom. He showed up on time and delivered within promised time. He cleaned the job site when he was done. The bathroom looks amazing and he made himself available for anything that would happen, which it never did because he did a great job. I would use him again for sure.

Sam and his team provided excellent timely service . Framing, drywall, tiling and installation of engineered flooring. Pride in workmanship and no request was too much . Skilled in many areas . Hard , diligent , timely workers. I would highly recommend this company. Always left site clean . Very trustworthy.

Sam is a very nice guy, does nice work and goes out of his way to help make things right. His quote was reasonable and fair.
He did a repair in our main bathroom that needed to be re-tiled in the shower area. Sam did a nice repair and tiling work was also nice. For this job it was Sam and a helper. For the en suite Sam did the work himself, except in a couple of instances where he needed help (installing shower base and glass shower door system)
He completely renovated our en suite bathroom and it looks very nice and clean. He did a very nice tiling job.
The reason for the 8/10 is due to two issues. One the main cabinet door is slightly warped (I know he got this from someone, but you will see shortly I can't get a hold of him). Two after about a month we had an issue with the pocket door that he installed. I reached out to him and got no response. After a week I tried again and still no response. (when he was working at our place he would respond in 5 -10 minutes). He says there is a one year warranty/guarantee on his work, just can't get in touch with him.

Sam and his team did a full kitchen and bathroom renovation. My bathroom looks absolutely fabulous!!!!!. Kitchen is amazingly beautiful. Job well done!!! The price was very reasonable. He was very timely, he provide very good quality items for the bathroom and kitchen.

He did a free estimate and work within my budget. He really cares about satisfying his Customer's. Sam enjoys what he does and I appreciate that. Very hardworking and dedicated ..

Royal ALBERT GC did a great job in our basement. They did the basement kitchen for us. They are professional that knows what they are doing. Friendly and they keep the place clean after each day.
