Ideal Siding

Although we got off to a rough start, Oleg and Igor came through in the end. It took about a year from our first appointment to the completion, but that was due to a number of factors, including our budget. We have a 19th century cottage that had been through many "renovations" throughout the years. Essentially, we had to undo a century of "remodeling" which included asbestos siding and replacing leaky vinyl construction grade windows in front. Whenever there was an issue, they came through - maybe not the first time, but they listened and responded. All of the materials were of high quality and negotiated within our budget. As homeowners know, relationships with contractors are a big deal, and once a good one is found, you don't want to let go! We're happy to say that we plan to work with Ideal Siding in the future. Originally I gave 8 stars, but I reminded of the efforts of Igor who went out of his way to respond to my questions and concerns, even on the weekends!
