Fraser always got back to me promptly whenever I texted re any questions. WCB information provided without asking. Workers arrived on time, did a very professional job, cleaned up efficiently. Final result is terrific. Project completed on time, on budget. Katie took great pride in her work .

The Blackbelt team was amazing. Fraser was thorough and prompt in his quote and maintained communication throughout the project with updates and such. The crew was kind, personable, and professional. The project included: completing demo, structural supports, build of deck (approx 400-500 sq feet), vinyl, partial cover, custom bar top, paint of trim, re-installation if original railings

Prior to hiring Fraser and his team, we were able to watch them do a re-decking job for our neighbour. Watching them work, it became very obvious that their workmanship was top notch!
They did a residing (Hardie Board) of our home last fall and again, the quality of workmanship was outstanding. As noted, we would and have recommended their services to others.
We are bringing them back to do some interior painting for us and a future ensuite reno.

It is worth noting that several other firms were interested in our project, but even after 4 weeks of back and forth and hearing their excuses, we didn't even have a quote.

Fraser met with us right away and provided a detailed quote within a week. We worked together to refine the budget and scope over a few meetings and even via WhatsApp.

We found the team to be respectful, clean, and very responsible to us and in our home. We were very happy that we could leave the Black Belt team to work on the project while we were on vacation. It was nice to avoid the mess and noise to come home to a great surprise reveal!

Painted two bedrooms with accent walls and removed old baseboards and door trim and installed new trim throughout the rooms.

I can recommend Black Belt Contracting without reservation. They have done a lot of work for me at a fair price. They were easy to talk to about my project and patiently answered all my questions. They are knowledgeable about building and helped me understand the best way to complete my projects. They often provided valuable suggestions on where I could look into products for my projects, ie bathrooms. They brought on excellent sub trades like the great plumber who did a really good job when renovating my bathrooms. They were reliable and had excellent follow through. The work was done very well. I only had a few minor concerns arise during the work which they learned about and quickly resolved. They left the job site in good order during and after the work was completed. I feel confident in hiring them again to do more work and have done so to replace my stairs in the house and finish one half of the basement.
