Jennifer was prompt & courteous in providing a very reasonable quote on the installation of several new outlets & she immediately arranged an appointment.
A mere 2 days after my initial contact, Carlos arrived & did the work. Not only was he punctual, he was 20 minutes early; but instead of just showing up, Jennifer called me first to ensure that being early was OK, & then a minute later Carlos was at the door.
