Bricks shifting and sinking after two years
GG Contracting fixed my front brick walkway and built a new brick patio in my backyard in April 2020. Now in June 2022 I can see the bricks on the edge of both areas shifting away from the rest of the bricks, creating large gaps between the bricks. Some bricks right by my front door are sinking down as well. I am very disappointed that I already need repairs after only two years, and so far I have received no response from either Jason or Frankie although I have emailed and left multiple voicemail messages. Looked nice to start with, but doesn't last.

Hello, we guarantee our work for a standard of 1 year as shown on the contract, to hear it lasted for as long as 2 years with minimal changes other then the edge stones separating (due to using plastic edging which we have now just changed to concrete edging) it was built solid. As with anything including your house, settlement does occur which is why you may see bricks on the edge shift or high traffic areas such as the front start to have some stones shift. This is also weather related as we have a lot of freeze/thaw that occurs during the winter in Toronto/GTA.
We unfortunately do not want to continue doing business with you as we feel we were disrespected the first(and last time) we worked for you based on a rude comment you made while doing work on your property.
Hope you find the right contractor for you, wish you the best.
Regards Frankie
