On top of being awesome people Tim's knowledge, attention to detail and workmanship is absolutely amazing. They kept their finish date, despite a delay that I caused. Tim and the crew were extremely considerate and kept the workspace neat and tidy everyday. In the short time they spent, we felt they were almost part of our family. Mr Lin and his team are very professional and great to work with! His assistant Bonnie goes above and beyond to ensure resolution of any problems foreseen and that may arise unexpectedly during the project. They make the utmost effort to accommodate any specific requests for design and function and have the workmanship and skills to deliver on their promise. My family has used Mr Lin’s services for our homes - basement renovation, tiling, master bedroom closet remodel - and have not been disappointed. Highly recommend!

Tim and his team were wonderful and professional and made my house look absolutely beautiful. I wanted our family home remodelled before my husband came home after 4 years of being hospitalized due to a hospital acquired brain injury so that he wouldn't have to live through the renovations. Unfortunately he never made it but I find comfort it knowing that he's smiling from up above and would be happy that Tim and his team were perfectionist just as himself. I highly recommend them.

Tim and his crew showed up on time and finished our project within the agreed timeline, which was important to us. The results were fabulous and the kids can’t be happier with the new space. They are also willing to update some smaller things around the house which we weren’t handy enough to handle ourselves. Would highly recommend!
