We had mold affecting all 5 basement windows. Alex quickly responded to my request for a quote with a site visit, and took the time to explain possible causes and remediation solution. On the day of, Alex came with Charles and Arthur for another walk through. All of them were very professional, knowledegable and patient answering my questions. Charles and Arthur did an amazing job removing the mold from all the basement windows! They also took the time to share helpful mold prevention tips.
