I hired EMF Construction to build a new wood deck at the rear of my house and landscape my front yard which involved a complete overhaul of my old front yard.
I didnt require a fancy wood deck just a plain work-a-day deck. My old deck had to be demolished and all debris removed from site. All debris was cleared from the ground below and a layer of gravel was spread all over. The deck was constructed using pressure treated lumber. All the deck posts were grounded in solid concrete and all beams secured with metal brackets, screws and bolts. Eddy and Tiago did a solid job in the construction and I expect my deck to last for many years.

My front yard was in a poor state of disrepair and based on two other jobs they did for me (rear deck and front porch), without getting any other estimates I hired EMF Construction again to do a complete overhaul and landscaping.
This job involved a lot of work removing a lot of heavy old wooden beams, old wood fence, old bricks and earth. The land had to be graded and prepared for interlocking stone. Concrete footings were cast for stone retaining walls and a stone front fence. All the work took just over two weeks and Eddy, Tiago and Danny had to do some very hard work completing the job. Im pleased with the job these guys did and now I have a great looking front yard. I would highly recommend EMF Construction.

We found Eduardo on HomeStars and his quote was affordable for our work. He worked hard to fix our entire fence. He did a very neat job for us with the indoor foyer & Bathroom tiles. And he finished our outdoor backyard concrete work very professionally. He not only did a great job on our new concrete but he also corrected our old concrete so that the backyard looks seamless. We will be reaching out to Ed for our future reno work as well. Definitely recommend him!

Worked with Eddy on a new shed build project he was completing for his client. What an amazing experience we had with him and his crew. From the first phone call to the final site meeting he was extremely polite, respectful and welcoming. We installed a roll up counter shutter door and he did everything he said he would to accommodate the installation. You can see he care about the work he does and the clients he is working for.

We would be more then honored to work with him again in the future!

I hired Eddy earlier this summer to complate a 35' X 3' concrete passageway from the front of the house to the backyard gate. When Eddy showed up on site, he advised me to make an adjustment to it widen the area, with very little cost increase. Eddy and his guys showed up when they promised, led by Eddy they did an excellent job. I observed the workmanship, process, and attention to detail Eddy put into his work. I did not have a doubt that the job would meet or exceed my expectations, which it did.
I was so impressed with the work, decided to do the other side of the house, the price met my budget. My neighbor, after seeing Eddy's work decided to do his side as well. The job again did not disappoint. Thanks to Eddy and his team's work, my neighbor and I now have arguably the best looking finished space between houses, in the street.
I definitely recommend Eddy for any similar projects, i know he is also very capable of larger and more complex projects.
