We felt in a good position to make an offer based on all the information he provided — and I was surprised at the level of detail he offered both verbally in the walkthrough and in the report which he turned around extremely quickly. Jeremy did an outstanding inspection of a half duplex we have made an offer on. It was very detailed, thorough and professional.
