Our kitchen sink was leaking, so we put a service request in home stars. Jack called us right away and offered to visit us the same day, even though it was a Saturday!
We have an older house and our pipes eroded, Jack explained the problem and the options available to us; hes extremely nice and made sure to answer all of our questions. He showed us the different quotes from a standardized handbookyou pay per job, not per hour, which we appreciated! After we made our selection, Jack started on the job right away, taking before and after photos and documenting the process. He made sure we were happy with the results and left a perfectly clean area, taking all garbage out of the house.
