I asked a friend how many honest, thoughtful, caring contractors do you think there are in the world. His reply was, two. Well I have got one of them I said.
From the beginning emails were replied to within an hour or two and they were always courteous and thoughtful. His subcontractor Rodel is thoughtful, hard-working and very knowledgeable. He spotted a construction flaw by the original contractor . I willingly paid a bit extra to have this corrected.
When clarification of the wording in the contract was needed Daniel agreed to come to my home the next day. The interaction was very calm as he investigated the rot that was occurring. It was far more extensive than anticipated. Everything was agreed upon with mutual satisfaction. I hope this gives future clients a picture of how much I respect Daniel and Rodel.
