-the project took longer than necessary started the work with his son the first 2 weeks then he worked alone for the remaining time
-agreement was 50% down and 50% balance upon completion of project
-about 1 week after receiving first installation payment every other week he asked to be paid and othertimes he begged that he needed the money
-He used the cheapest grade of artificial tarp and used old rusty nails- never secured correctly - he walked away with any excess material that remained from the project.
