First Call Plumbing Muskoka

When I arrived at the cottage on New Years day at around 5 in the evening, it became clear that we had some shattered pipes due to the cold. It is possible that the power gave out and the water in the pipes froze and shattered the pipes. I called several plumbers (we are near Burks falls, north of Huntsville) to no avail but First Call answered and Steve showed up within the hour. It was apparent that it was a bigger job than a patch job, and when he came back to do the work (he had to order parts and everything was closed) he was able to put in new pipes for the whole cottage in one day. He was able to also help me with some guidance to avoid this issue in the future and the pipes installed were standard and not what we inherited in the cottage (old and not the right equipment). Suffice to say that we are quite pleased with the work and the professional, friendly, and courteous manner which Steve conducted himself. We would definitely use his services again (we have some work to do in the spring outside) and would gladly recommend him to friends.
