Ali was extremely transparent all the way through on pricing and time that it would take. Once agreed, he had noticed that the fireplace had lacked any maintenance since installation and proceeded to make it look like it was brand new all over again. He took extra care, sanded down, repainted, replaced the bottom with glass/embers, shutter, cleaned the glass and of course the blower runs silently. I couldn’t be happier with the job. Thanks again!
