With our 2 neighbours on board for a Fence & Gate replacement we got a quote from Zach and never looked back. His response to numerous questions was punctual. He is knowledgable about his business and I have not experienced a more professional attitude start to finish. His workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. Zach was so professional and easy to deal with from start to finish - so rare these days. He quoted on the multiple fence options we were considering and his quotes were very professionally done and priced competitively. Work was done in a very timely manner, and it was a pleasure having him and John on site - again, rare these days. The fence turned out beautifully, and he also accommodated us with a last minute request to fix a wooden post on a side fence that had dislodged during the storm. We love the finished product of our new fence and it was absolutely effortless to deal with Zach - he is a professional in every sense and his helper John was great too. Wish we had known about him when we had our deck done by someone else as we're sure it would have turned out better.

We contacted The Refined Carpenter to replace our fence while working around an inground pool, a large tree on the property line and a storage shed adjacent to the existing fence.

The refined carpenter crew was fantastic. We had them build a full privacy fence for us. They responded to our initial quote request quickly, answered all our questions, showed up when they said they would, cleaned up the yard and left us with an amazing fence. What more could you ask for? We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and in fact are already planning to have them build a new gate for us.
