Had intermittent leaking on the flat portion of the roof and had their technician come and he quickly identified the problem and addressed it. A couple locations had not been properly caulked by the builder. He also did an inspection of the skylights just to make sure they were good. He also saw a spot that could benefit from some more caulk and he addressed that too. Overall a professional job and I would use again. A bit more expensive than I hoped for given how long the job took, but for quality work it is probably worth it.
