Eco Pro Heating booked my unit in for tank replacement on Saturday between 830am-900am. The techs arrived on time, wore masks and were in compliance with Covid. The team of 2 young gentlemen wore masks and were very courteous pleasant and conscientious. They moved appliances out of the way that were blocking access to the tank and began the removal and installation of the tanks. The old tank was full of water and the inside was corroded and rusted. The new tank was installed carefully with a pan under it.
The entire process of changing out the tank took exactly 90 minutes from start to finish. I was truly impressed with the high quality of professionalism from Eco Pro Heating technicians, they removed the old tank, replaced it with the new tank and they swept and washed the floors before placing back the appliances (washer/dryer/freezer) and they even wiped my appliances down! They cleaned the floors a second time with damp rag and removed all traces of messes and debris. My place was left spotless and clean and that to me is a high level of professionalism that is admirable which is very important to most home occupants. That’s what I call a respectable work ethic! I now have a new hot water tank and am pleased with how quick and painless Eco Pro Heating made changing the water tank out less of an unnecessary night mare! I give Eco Pro Heating a definite 5 star rating for their overall pricing, courtesy and professionalism and super work ethic! Well recommeded!!
