Sergei was great.
He was thoughtful, responsive, true-to-his-word and fixed both my washer and my dryer. He clearly understands how to repair washers and dryers.
What impressed me the most, was how great he was a providing options.
He identified the problem, and then gave me a few choices for how to tackle the problem based on how much money I was willing to spend and how much longer I hoped the washer/dryer would last (it was already >10 years old).
I highly recommend him and would call him again for future appliance issues.
