Legal duplex transformation

Nick and his team at Rose Contracting transformed our single family property into a legal duplex this year. The Rose team worked quickly and efficiently, and were diligent in their communication and progress reports.

Nick worked with us throughout to make sure we were informed and aware of work being done from demolition to completion, and clean up.

The attention to detail and service oriented mindset of the whole company definitely makes Rose Contracting a choice in future projects.

Excellent Quality Work!

Excellent, hard working team!! They go above and beyond and deliver fantastic results. Replaced our flooring and did a full reno on our main bathroom (conversion from tub to walk in shower). Completed the project for us from demo to finishing touches. Our bathroom is stunning!

Owner is also very reachable and able to answer any questions!
Highly recommend this company for your reno needs!
