We had been having leaks on and off in our roof but just had a new roof installed about 10 years ago. I had called several roofers for quotes. One didn't even follow up with me. Eric call within a few hours and told me he could come by the next day.
He was honest and helpful. He fixed what needed to be fixed and told me what he was planning before doing it. He was professional and informative. He seal the problem areas and told me the roof didn't need to be changed yet.
