We were very happy with the plumber. He explained everything to us and showed us the cartridges filled with calcium deposits. He explained why new cartridges was the way to go. After installing them in two faucets, they demonstrated that our water was flowing properly and the hot was staying hot rather than going ice cold when we tried to do an adjustment. The plumber was very polite. Very happy so far and would use them again.

I'm very glad I contacted Dr. Plumbing to fix my kitchen faucet. Mark answered the phone and was very polite. He quickly arranged to have Seyed come to the house to fix it. Seyed was excellent. He thoroughly examined the faucet and was able to diagnose the problem. A new cartridge was installed, he cleared three other areas that were creating a blockage and also gave the drain a good cleaning. I have no reservations about recommending Dr. Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

I cannot recommend Seyed and Maz from Dr. Plumber highly enough! They expertly identified the source of our bathroom leak using a methodical approach, a task that had stumped three other plumbers. Seyed and Maz then went on to replace our Riobel shower control cartridges and did a fantastic job of resealing the area for waterproofing, correcting the subpar work previously done by another contractor. Throughout the process, they were thorough, maintained a clean workspace, and took the time to explain everything clearly. If youre in need of reliable plumbing services I would highly recommend.

I called a few plumbers and Mark was the first one to call me back. He gave me some ideas over the phone of what to try first and also educated me that Drano was bad for drains . He sent Seyed the next day. Seyed was amazing. He let me know what the problem is. Give me a couple options and was able to fix the problem that day. They are so good that Ive use them twice already. I highly recommend their services. Plus Seyed is really good with dogs. My dog was super curious while he was working.

I had a leaking kitchen sink and everything was fixed the same day I called. Seyed was very thorough when he explained what the issue was and outlined several options for the fix -- never once pressuring me into the more expensive replacement option. He even demonstrated at least five times how everything was fixed. I will definitely be calling again when I decide to replace the kitchen sink tailpieces and baskets -- or for any other plumbing needs for that matter.

Seyed was an absolute gentleman and professional. He was courteous and timely and did exact what he said he would do and more. I cant recommend them enough.

Very satisfied with Seyed's fixes and expertise. He replaced the toilet shut-off valve and tightened the sink faucet. He also adjusted a previously installed flapper and now flushes no longer sound like Niagara Falls! He offered advice about keeping an eye on some parts which are beginning to degrade - will certainly use this company when the time comes to replace them.
Only taking one point off because company did not call to let me know they would be taking much longer to show up.

Although appointment was delayed because of unforeseen circumstances, Mark, the handler, notified me with the delay and ETA. Seyed was apologetic but came prepared. He was able to investigate and fix the problem within an hour. He explained some concerns and tips for me. Overall, he did a great job and highly recommend Dr. Plumbing Inc.
