Nate is collaborative, a good communicator and has considerable experience in working with nineteenth-century brick buildings and the required and fussy-to-use lime mortar. He is organized, punctual and keeps a very tidy work site. Nate was able to replace some of our failing bricks with historic bricks of the same colour. Having completed phase 1 and 2 of our restoration projects early this spring, he will be coming back to start phase 3 (more sill replacements) later this month.
