We got 3 quotes from different window companies to replace 16 windows in our country home. We decided to go with HTR because the price was cheaper, the quality of the windows were better and they were energy star compliant. They walked us through the rebate program and helped arrange an energy audit. The sales staff were low pressure and helpful, the timelines were honoured, the installation crew was truly delightful, organized, positive and very efficient. To my surprise they cleaned up thoroughly (inside and out) they vacuumed the home, used drop sheets and left the windows completely finished inside and out, trim and caulking and all. I expected that I would have inside repairs to do after they left but it was all done, we have an older farm house so the work was not easy.
