Delivery of our sofas was well-organized and friendly. They even added felt pads to the feet of the furniture for free!
One of our leather sofas had a 1/16" defect in the leather (in a prominent location) that we noticed the day after delivery. My wife was concerned that little children might pick at it, so we decided to sheepishly call the service department and mention it. There was absolutely no hassle getting them to come and pick it up and do the repair. In fact they ordered a whole new leather kit for the sofa and installed it themselves...all within a few weeks. The repair was flawless.

After all the bait and switch ordeals we've had with Bad Boy and The Brick, this company was simply so refreshingly simple. Just a good old-fashioned straight-shooting business approach. We've decided that we'll do ALL our future business with them wherever possible.

We purchased a sofa set from Conway Furniture. Over a period of time, the material started to "pill" and the cushions started to heave. Paul had this set adjusted several times, but we were not really satisfied with the adjustments. They just did not feel right.
After Paul had done all he could do and realized that we were never going to be happy with this suite, he offered us an in store credit of $1,000.00 dollars toward the purchase of something new.
I thought this was great. No store to my recollection has ever offered this kind of terrific treatment on a 3 year old sofa set!
Paul, keep up the great work. We see why your business is so successful!
